Does the shapeshifter cards keep their overall after the promo is over, I like the upgradable SS more than the other cards

MutLeaks says they are Delpit (SS) and Gilliam (FB) at the end.  I think they will keep their upgraded overall but they will lose 32 team chem and only be those guys at the end. Just a guess though.
