That's not true. It's not ALWAYS the case but it most certainly has been in cases even as recent as last year.

What? Last year exactly ZERO of the MCS cards had program chems, and only the last one (two technically, since it was a choice pack) had all team chems....

Strike is 100% accurate here. MCS cards have not had program chems attached. Additionally, only the last drop (choice of 2) had all team chems.

The MCS cards have program art, but did not have program chem. Pola didn't have MF chem.
