I think this because of the season change over...from what I have read on other posts these tend to take a little longer...folks been "guessing" 1030...but I've also seen folks "guessing" 1300  (both of these guesses I assume to be Eastern Standard Time).

Conidering EAs recent track record and the patch notes, my guess is around 11am EST. Then when they realize all the errors they've made, they'll probably pull servers down again around noon-1pm untl 3pm or later. 
No one knows for sure. That's my guess.

Given past history, that long list of problems EA has "addressed" will come with a list of problems  introduced.

The list of problems EA is aware of but did not address, which includes the auction house and Twitch rewards, guarantees a stumbling start into Season 3.
