There’s no one way to enjoy MUT, yet. Assuming that all who engage are trolls, scammers or coin sellers is one thing but to assume the MUT gaming experience would improve as a result of losing the AHers is bonkers. Most likely it would happen because they remove the AH entirely. With no alternative market or these days more like an aftermarket we would only be able to access content through the store with a card. Because we have to turn our $$ into a non-redeemable, non-refundable digital currency the only possibility remaining would be for every player to throw more money into the game and their live services each and very week. Strong possibility that’s exactly where they are steering us on this Funtime adventure. The actual point here is by doing this  people are forced to play one way or at least play in a more limited capacity.  

Then there’s the simple argument of it’s in the game. The eternal EA joke. If EA made it part of the game then it is intended to be used. Though they may have intended people to use the AH more supplementally.  

The economy and the AH in MUT generate a unique to it fast paced market strategy game that I and other nerds do enjoy sometimes. Hi!👋 I play the game differently.  

EA has an economist and a team to support them. The primary focus is obviously on their own pockets but I assume they account for this and attempt to manage it. They must as steady as the numbers are year over year.

Finally anytime you get told what do you do? If you’re anything like the rest of us aholes you probably go out of your way to do the exact opposite.

I hate to break it to you, not only do people play it as a stock market and ALWAYS have, it literally is a stock market.....

those are just other people buying up their team cards...unless its julian ashby and then yeah i've flipped about 50 of those for a 17k profit each

Nah it's not bcuz before a tt gets a certain card you can find any card but since you play all day everyday you should know that

nms people ruining the game is a crazy assumption. Let guys play the game how they want to play it. Some people play the auction house like a stock market because they like that more than the cheesy h2h grind, but come on, ruining the game? sounds like you're just mad you didn't invest in the collectors or can't afford the 2.8-3.0M it costs to do the sets. whale's also are good for the NMS crowd, they rip the packs, they supply the market and undercut each other so that flipping cards is possible. It's just all about balance, and investing low, selling high is part of the game. 

Now if only they could balance offense and defense

Why would they buy them nup and not relist them at max price?  If that's true they would be for sale not unavailable

Nah you can’t comprehend supply and demand, if everyone is switching to that theme team, then everyone needs that gold center and starts buying him, therefore he’s not worth only 500 coins anymore
