I see people who got him from twitch support who arent pros but who knows. Maybe photo shopped. Also saw a lot of people turned down by twitch support.

I put in a ticket just to see what happens. Twitch supports still acknowledges their mishap though on the website

I did get a positive response from Twitch support but when i went to claim the rewards, it said the reward is no longer available. The email came at 4am and when I checked at 10am, this is what I saw. Now twitch support saye there is nothing they can do. This did work for some though.

I imagine they tell us to kick rocks with the event over and unable to claim the packs. This wil have to come from EA's side for make rights.

This is what twitch told me so im pretty sure i have no chance, probably just telling everyone this and then not doing anything. also not sure if i watched long enough bc when it wasn't tracking i turned it off and came back to see if it was tracking etc.
