how is my 95 speed Moss being caught up by a 90 spd CB?

I launch the ball after i see Moss beat Talib (CB) man to man, then somehow Talib caught up to Moss when the ball is coming down, which i know you can max out to only 91 spd. How is this possible? I have Daniels as my QB with Gunslinger and pocket dead eye. very strange...

How are you getting +5 speed?

TT, Crystal, Strat Card is like +4. Can't possibly have both a TT and MF chem maxed mathematically?
