how hard would it have been to add a single solo where you win, you get him…
how hard would it have been to grant him in a welcome pack…
how hard would it have been to add him to a 1 coin offer in store…
so many easy options yet none have been executed. We haven’t even been given an update on the situation, it’s pretty poor

I read on another forum that it's a twitch issue not ea. So that's the issue trying to get ea to fix something they can't control. Idk how true it is but that's what I read.

yeah i have heard that too, but it’s almost irrelevant…
EA can’t grant us this card they promised/advertised another way? Just because twitch messed up doesn’t mean EA should just ignore the entire community and provide no updates and no resolution…
this isn’t directed at you brother, I’m just trying to see regardless of whether it’s twitch or EAs fault, EA advertised it and they need to make it right one way or another.

This all just proves even more how scummy EA is.
On Thursday, a bunch of people were pulling packs for the new Brian Dawkins. Coincidentally the same position as the MCS Tristin McCollum.
They could’ve easily given him when Most Feared dropped. Instead they didn’t drop him and screwed up the servers.
Not saying it was EA’s fault the time wasn’t tracking. But they at least could’ve handled it better.
It's a simple fix really, all they would have to do is issue customer service grants of the McCullom and Twitch packs to all people who have linked their EA and Twitch accounts. Of course nothing with EA can be simple.

I agree with you. I know ea can do anything they want at any given time. Except they choose to move only when a glitch benefits the community. Something helps the community it's patche immediately. Community has issues then ea simply ignores us. This situation in particular is on twitch but like I said to begin this post I do agree with you. Ea can fix this easily
They just could include him in the drops this weekend.

It’s 💯 an EA issue. TJ started the MCS tracking during GMM and then it was ended when he ended GMM and never restarted it. To think he calls himself the young Alge Crumpler and he can’t even work the twitch drops.
For real though that’s what happened but I doubt it was done intentional.

Facts, just seems like another billionaire company no longer giving a shit about its customers because who can hurt them right…..? Disappointing but not shocking at this point.
Even if it was on Twitch and not on EA this time, the fact they’ve just ignored us all and moved on from making things right with us is my last straw with EA. Me and 40,000 other people wasted 3-4 hrs that night and they can’t even be bothered to even address the issue and assure everyone that they would get reimbursed for what happened (twitch fault or not) - like not even one fuck given by EA. Someone said it perfect before, EA is that abusive ex that we all keep going back to. I won’t be playing Madden anymore this year until we get our free card. I hope a lot more people follow suit.
For those saying it’s not EA’s fault so they shouldn’t work to resolve, there’s precedent here in that last year, PSN shat the bed which pushed the MCS finals… not EA’s fault but at the end of the day, affected its customers and its product/brand. They took steps to make good on that (was it the best thing they could’ve done for us? No, but at least they did something and allowed us another opportunity to earn that card at the time and complete our sets).
If you were a restaurant and one of your suppliers F’d up, at the end of the day, wouldn’t you take steps to resolve the issue for your namesake? That’s how I view it. Especially with how many ways as many have stated on how easy this could be to fix. F’n EA. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'm surprised that everyone doesn't know that last yrs psn finals fuck up is exactly how they'll treat this. Nothing will be given till the next stream & you'll get the next card plus watch for a pack to get the card you don't have for the mcs champion. Sux you miss out on paying with McCullum now but EA will wipe that give af away, that's how they roll
Apparently since it was a Twitch issue if you reach out to their support and file a ticket they can manually set your tracker to 100% so you can claim him. I've seen some people on twitter having success with that. I opened my ticket yesterday mornign so we will see how that goes.
