Unless they were one of the MCS players or someone with an in at EA to get the card granted to them, no. Over 39,000 people not getting what was promised to them seems like a class action lawsuit waiting to happen though, if EA doesn't address the situation soon.

Section 4 if you want to see it. The user agreement basically says they can do whatever the hell they want. Whenever they want. Then laugh at us while we bitch about.
