How do I get the key for this event?

You should’ve gotten it in the welcome pack, if not you can buy a key in the candy store for 50 candy

Yeah I did buy the ke but think I used it on the other cpu thing now I cant buy another card this is when the system was all messed up trick or treat wasn't even showing up

There’s no limit to how many keys you can buy, you should just be able to buy it again.
I'm getting the same problem. Anytime I started one of the streets/drives/circles and get a W, another trick or treat event would pop up. But it was greyed out, and I couldn't open it unless I had a key. It said I could go to the store and get the key, so I did. But then when I went back into the event, instead of the trick or treat being there, there was another even street/circle/drive.
I could not buy another key if I already had a key. It was greyed out and when I would try to buy it, it would tell me that I already owned an event key.

I think whn you get the key thats what becomes of the trick or treat thing thats why it isnt up anymore
