I do D.O.N. and BOGO. Instant rebate says "blocksheds" which I think means run block sheds, so kinda irrelevant if that's the case.

Most consistent: BOGO + Double or Nothing 

Highest upside: Adrenaline Rush + Double or Nothing

I'd go with BOGO + Double or nothing, as it's consistency makes it much more reliable.
