so its an 82 base....but i have bucs 50/50, all crystals, and mf strategy item and mostfeared at 10 and it's still an 83 overall

I also noticed that he doesnt get the team chem boosts even if you have your team selected. I have a 50 chiefs theme team. When I select the chiefs Chem in the lineup screen, it shows the chiefs symbol but crossed out like he's out of position

I have the same thing happening but if you go to the stats he gets all of the boosts. I wouldn’t worry too much. I also took him out of the lineup to see if he went toward my team chem and he does. Not a big deal
