I got it in my welcome pack, can't navigate the game for more than 5 mins without being kicked to actually know what it does though

I'm on my 3rd solo season game with like 4 MF cards in my lineup. I'm not even sure if it's tracking my stats toward the field pass. Bc I haven't received anything. I try and look at the field pass but get kicked out every time! I can't access my binder to see what I have. I got a welcome pack but got kicked out right away. Didn't see what was in there.
