They haven't even said what they will be doing to rectify it so who knows. Hoping he's a welcome pack player today or they put him in the store for 1 coin/training since it never worked last night.

Since the number of viewers remained around 39,000+/- for most of the show, anyone who logged in should get all the packs.
My guess is that EA has already lost the log-in ID's for the show. That leaves EA with 39,000 unhappy customers but since they have a monopoly on NFL gaming, they don't care.
EA will probably just memory hole this entire fiasco or give everyone a pack of BND cards to QS. The ridiculous thing is that a reasonable resolution to the problem, that costs EA nothing, probably won't happen.
