What happened to the defense in this game?!

I was out of town for about a week, prior to which I was winning about 3 out of every 5 games in Ranked. Now, in every game I play, my defense is absolutely AWFUL.

Guys are running down the field completely uncovered. And I mean - no one within 10 yards of them. Play after play after play.

WRs are catching everything on my CBs - it doesn't matter if the coverage is tight or if they are double covered. Amazing catch after amazing catch.

I've now lost 9 games in a row.

Did I enter a time warp where everyone's team got 1000x better? Did something happen while I was away?

I was never the best at playing D, but I've never seen this many guys running wide open all over the field while my players just stand around doing nothing.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Defense has never been good - nothing changed.

same here. But then, when I'm on O, my players are covered up big time.  The only chance I have on an open receiver is a cross route.  Or HB short route.

I totally get that, but I can't ever recall a time where guys are completely uncovered off of the line of scrimmage and running downfield without a player around them.

Happens in zone and man. I thought that in man coverage, every man covers another man on the field. I don't get how a TE *and* WR are basically skipping their way to the end zone like Richard Simmons skipping to a Jazzercise class.

Right there with you bro.. 90+ man on dbs and they are cooked regardless. LBs don’t react to routes thrown right at them all with 90+ zone

There are so many glitch plays this year that dumb out coverage.. every day on YouTube, there is a new one posted. Knockouts and pick artist everywhere can’t come soon enough…
