Why hasn't the rookie premier cards gotten better?

Broke my heart to put him up on the auction block, but there's not a single card in this entire game worth 2.5M coins, at least not for me, personally.  Lucky break... for once, it was way better to be "too early" (which was actually RIGHT on time), rather than too late.  I've made a bunch of novice mistakes this year, ignoring the market nonsense.  It's expensive to be stupid.

Are we ever getting the potential to bid on auctions back, or has that been permanently removed?

Ratledge is still my starting Center. Simmons is my backup LT and Watts is a backup to Hamilton at SS. Two months out of them is pretty good. Johnson was benched like a month ago.
