It’s better if you don’t quit a game when you’re losing , if you are taking a beaten. Just play the game until the end. If you don’t quit , you won’t lose barely any ranking points.
it also helps your elo as well. If you lose a bunch in a row without quitting youll likely match up with a goober lol
