Why is everyone putting LT at DT?

I have Danielle Hunter, Allen (DoN, BOGO and El Toro), Harrison, Bennett (DoN, BOGO, El Toro). But I run a 33 Odd defense and cannot get Bennett to DT. I was looking at getting Howie Long/LT, but was not sure if it was worth it. I want to be able to get pressure online because every drive my opponent is able to score.

Maybe I'll get LT and put him at DT with Allen and put Howie Long on EDGE?

Is Aaron Donald any good? Might be a cheaper alternative then LT.

I had Donald and wanted him to be awesome. He’s one of my favorite non-cowboys of all time. He didn’t do anything for me at all.

I ended up buying Howie this morning for just under 1.7m. Will see how he plays next to Bennett.

Yeah like others have said it’s about weight not being a big factor this year. I still get pressure with 85 and 89 Allen (S2) with the +3 spd (50TT & Crystal) boost, but if I put Bennett at DT along with another speed rusher they easily get double the sacks. No matter what type of formation you set your D line to pressure with; Texas was the big thing earlier. You don’t have to do it that way but it helps if you have them. Especially speed with high BSH.
