I see a lot of people are missing a key point... We have a discord full of people. I'm not talking about loading into a game and playing with a random person. We use a voice channel in the discord to talk to each other and communicate while we are playing, so nobody is messing with your plays or calls. 

also, wouldn't you rather play a game with friends than just against random cheesers?

That's why we use discord to talk and communicate. There is a significant amount of coordination and theme team/crystal boost stacking that goes on. Most of our games are still close, one score games but they are 17-20 not 42-49. For example 3/4 people run patriots TT, so if you go build that theme team with gold players, you can load into a squads game under the head coach role and everyone with that theme team will get extra boosts from your team without having to use your players. So you can take a break from the game and come back and not have to worry about not having a good team.

I was under the assumption head coach has no adding factors to boost or chem or anything except jerseys and penalties

This is the way.

Misery sure loves company.  However, there is a not insignificant percentage of the player base that actively makes a bad situation (i.e. Madden gameplay) much, much worse through any range of behaviors, many of which i suffer from and/or experience on my own, potentially even multiple times daily, such as rage disorder.

I'll play with basically anyone shy of the overt racists (of which their are many).  I'd prefer to NOT play with dudes who are drunk and too sloppy to manage the game, but far be it from me to point a finger at anyone, for how they prefer to enjoy their evenings (or days).  I'm finding the game is more enjoyable in short bursts, squad up with the boyz in the evenings for a couple/few hours and hope to get a handful of decent games, while suffering through the miserable disconnects and Desync(s) galore.

Some kids simply do not play nice with others, so Squads is out for them.  I used to find myself in that (antisocial) category, but then i hooked up with a couple incredible dudes from these forums  (about a year ago) and it absolutely and completely changed my outlook on Madden, for better and worse.  Once you've enjoyed the full potential of what Squads has to offer, with a pair of competent teammates, well... no other game mode will EVER compare.  Fatball is the greatest team sport known to man for a number of very good reasons, a few of which can somewhat be replicated on the virtual gridiron.

Remember when they said in the latest patch notes that they addressed these issues.  HILARIOUS.  Pig fuckers are beyond clueless.  We've both been hit with basically the worst type Desync possible.  I've had 0:02 and 0:01 (both 4th quarter) games, which resulted in immediate disconnect / loss(es)... now you got a recent taste, with the uhhhh what, 0:20 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter?  Bullshit, mang.  Absolute bullshit.

We trying again this evening?  I'm hoping to wrap my afternoon here real soon.

we have confirmed with making a SB, and seeing the kick returners ratings if you stack 3 50/50 TT plus crystals we have +9 speed

there is a section in the discord on some theories of how to avoid desyncs. At the end of the day if you have a weak connection cross play is really bad. Theres a handful of good guys in the discord but a lot of them are pats TT and they tend to stick together, if you ever play duos without stacking TT boosts you'll find yourself at a significant disadvantage.

That should absolutely be illegal 😭😭😭 but thank you for the info…a lot of NMS should do this…make the same team and squad up it’ll allow them to compete for the most part .. well the more you know 🤝🏾

In duos it’s basically mandatory. Everyone stacks TT and duos gets super sweaty. Trios is a lot more casuals just trying to game with friends. Had a 17 game win streak recently, and at times it seems to just print coins.
