Just made a them team and all positions are filled in but only have 55 guys and cant get 60...anyone know why?

Edit for accuracy: there is a max of 53 players, and currently you can only hit 57 total w multi chem and the team chem card

Max is 57 currently.
All 53 players plus 2 team builders (up to 55) for given theme team and the +2 chem strategy item (up to 57).

I have 4 team builders and only have 55..... also looking at them only grahamn barton shows 2 team chemistry spots. also my kicker only gives me a chemistry for the kicking spot not the KOS spot, is that right?

Not all team builders get 2x chems. The ones with divisional chem and the ones with all 32 chems only get 1x chem. As I said, each team has two team builders that get 2x chem.
And yes, the kicker only counts as chem for the kicker slot, your kickoff specialist slot does not matter for chemistry.

Please be careful with statements like this. You will eventually need multiple-chemistry players to make 60/60, but at present, this isn't even possible with any team.
As it stands, +1 DRR, +1 JMP, and +1 TAK would really only help in some niche lineups and schemes, with the +1 TAK being the most useful.
