Ultimate team crashing when I try to adjust my lineup???

So weird new glitch has been happening after the update, was hoping someone knows the fix. I was making adjustments with my team captains and randomly I get kicked out of UT with and error message "our servers couldn't handle your request" try to log back in and everytime I clicked on my lineup same exact message would pop up? So I do some digging i guess in years past removing the team captains from your lineup would fix the bug so I do that and its fixed.... kinda. Now I can access my lineup but if I click on the te position to change my te for a card in my binder it crashes. If I click on my qb to change cards the entire game freezes and I have to close app? Ive tried creating a new blank lineup and it has the exact same issue. Anybody have any ideas or is anybody having the same issue? I'm losing my mind 😂
