I would assume underneath and outside shade...but with no press?
Does anyone ever use route commit?

I saw a video from ChuFlocka and he has lockdown man coverage...but not sure of his presnap adjustments...other than putting his 3rd DLineman in QB spy and blitzing 2
press... shade down... shade down... route commit based on opponent tendencies
please only shade down when you have help over the top, if you are in cover 0 shade over top
but I cover 2 man I press and shade underneath

Thanks...but wont press get burned if you dont have safety help on outside
So you would have to dedicate both safeties going outside?
I always get burned on streaks when I press - especailyl when they run 5 Wrs and have no safety help

Someone told me shading over top is awful because it causes DBS to backpedal and they lose accel?

Yes and no. I've been burned with no safety help, been burned with safety help. Certain routes have a better beat press animation.
I just rotate my safeties and have success, as I mostly play man at end of game situations.
Play man all game in my opinion isn't a good option as their are plenty of man beaters, a simple compression formation with a streak and stem down corner do amazing.

idk about that but its better than shading under without help
