Yes, the screen froze for like 30 seconds but eventually let me back out but no points.

I’m not totally sure. I went on the EA Forums as well and there’s atleast 2 others that posted on there about not receiving their points either. EA generally says to wait 24 hours but I contacted them anyways. Just obviously no response yet.

I bought points also, and they didn't show up then i rebuilt the database on the ps5 and they showed up. But I bought 2 $16 dollar bundles for 3200 , bought the fieldpass and now i have negative 1500 points lol

I was just coming back on here to say I re-booted Ps5 again and now have my points. Haha damn ai didn’t know that was possible.
