Current MUT Lineup. Looking to Spend 4M on Upgrades

As mentioned in the title I am looking to spend 4 Million on upgrades so I can have 4M liquid coins. I do not run a scheme, but it is typically a 3WR, 1TE Gun scheme and Nickle Defense scheme. I was wondering who some of the best non-LTD cards are in the game that are not too expensive.  Any suggestions help. I also run a Panthers TT and Crystals so those players get +2 speed but players with those chems are not needed.

I’ve been looking at him. Don’t know what a good price for him would be though.
