What’s with Cam’s point at the sky?

Finally ran into Cam for the first time in ranked. Some mid blitz cheese clown had him along with every top priced card in the game and after he took it to the house on a draw with cam first play on me, I proceeded to go belt to ass. 

Thank God because dude was doing some odd point at the sky movement pre snap as many times as he could even costing him a few delay of game penalties. What is this? Is that just how Cam audibles/hot routes in the game? Or is this some odd “celebration” that you’re able to do behind center?
