How do I get welcome pack?

Just started MUT. I never received my welcome player pack for the new unreal moment players? Restarted game and still don’t have it. Never got the campus hero one either. Am I doing something wrong? In years past you would automatically get the packs, so what’s the deal?

Anyone know?

Pretty much EA sucks. A lot of people don't get their welcome packs and you can't really do anything about it. You'll probably end up getting it two months later when none of the cards matter anymore.

You have to log in during the program. I can't say what happened during Campus Heroes if you did.

For the current program there are two pair of login players. One pair, a kicker and punter, come from a welcome pack. The other pair come via daily logins over the course of the program. Apparently the third login gets you one of those players, with the other becoming available on the tenth day logging in. See "UM Daily Pass".

Ok, I didn’t see where it says you get the players from multiple logins. I have the kicker and punter but I want the safety. Thanks.
