Ranked Card Season 1 😡😡

I'm assuming a few people had issued obtaining their ranked rewards.  I'm going to rant for a moment.

1. Going to the H2H ranked mode to claim my reward, I noticed the disclaimer to claim my reward wasn't there.  My final rank for S1 was sitting at 2905, with 30 days remaining for S2.  I read that entering a match and quitting would allow you to claim the S1 Ranked reward.

2. I entered the match apprehensively knowing that my rank could possibly reduce to Hero by quitting so I played the match.  It turned out to be the sweatiest of sweats going all 4 quarters and I win on the last play.  After exiting the match the win did not boost my ranking in season 1 or season 2. My AP remained at 2905.

3. I decided to enter a match and then quit immediately. THIS time my rank dropped to Hero, and the ranked mode reset to season 2, then I recieved the 88 overall options instead of the 89!! WTF!

I'm hoping for a make rights immediately. 

Did anyone else have this problem???

Ouch. That happened to me last year and EA didn’t do sh*t to make it right. I jumped through all their hoops too providing the screenshots of the mess (which I took knowing that this BS could happen). They still denied my demands for the right card in the end saying it was out of their control. 

I’m in a similar position now in that I have enough points to withstand another loss but not two. Where this is concerning for me now is that I ALSO played a full game but lost it. Like your experience, it seems to have not even registered! 

I’m considering going in again and quitting out this time but IF that “phantom game” I just lost was actually tracked and just delayed in recording, I’ll be screwed as well. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I had to quit to make it work.  I recieved the kickoff, then exited the game.

I said F it and jumped back in. It worked this time. Ended up winning but the kicker is that the other guy quit once I got up by 2 scores in the 4th so maybe one side quitting (vs playing a full game) is how to get it to take. Stupid EA. best of luck yall.
