Cant get 3rd X factor on defense ?

It says i have 3 X factors active but i only have 2 anyone know about how to fix this ?

Same thing is happening to me on offense.

Yeah this glitch happens often, it usually happens when you try to remove an x-factor from a player to put one on another one. You have to go to the previous player and remove the x-factor (for 25 coins) THEN refund the training. When you straight up refund it without removing it, the glitch happens.

I’ve had this happen, found the only way to fix is to create a new lineup. I have 3 lineups now because it’s bugged out multiple times. Just save new file and should be able to apply 3X factors.

Don't need to create a new lineup. Just need to remove the player who had the last x-factor. Once you remove him completely from the line-up, you will then be able to activate the new x-factor. Then you can re-enter that old player into your line-up without any issues.

Yup. 
Step 1. Always remove the X factor first (25 coins), then refund the training. If not, the game will still recognize the X factor as part of your 3AP (x factor). 
Step 2. If you mess up step 1, remove the player item from your lineup.
