It’s down for everyone
For just a moment I had that sickening feeling that I somehow had a transaction that fell on the wrong side of a banbot. I checked my E-mail and saw nothing. Then I saw this thread.

It says something about this game when we know we're playing by the rules, and yet we automatically conclude that EA just dropped the ban hammer on us rather than that the game is just somehow temporarily broken.
