Auction House Ban

I work from home so I play quite often during the day. After doing some solo challenges I noticed I couldn’t search the catalog for PS2. Then I noticed the restricted access to the auction house. I have already sent out an appeal through the EA help site. Has anybody else been locked out and managed to get it resolved. This is frustrating as I have purchased points and spent time grinding challenges and working the auction house to make coins.
