is the ovr increase going by fast???

i been so caught up with work snd not knowing how the ovr is working this year but is it going by super fast??like 2 weeks ago you had to collect all collector series LTDs to pick a higher ovr and i saw that that stafford was a 87ovr LTD and now the current LTD ovr is 90????like in 2 weeks it went up 3 times?there are other cards that are also 90 but is this the normal rate or??

not really, most feared is almost always 90s and we're on pace for that

last year they changed to a pace that got us to 99 fast, but then made the 99s shit at first and the started to give more and more abilities for less ap

You've misread that.

You're talking about Monday, September 15, 2025, when 87 OVR players had already been out for 12 days. The reward from the Collectors Series Collector's Set was a champion-level item modeled after previous and current Collectors Series LTD's. The Travis Kelce LTD released the same day was 88 OVR. 88 OVR Champion TotW items came out two days later. And now we're at the tail end of the 88 OVR items two weeks later.

This is ordinary MUT power creep. The only super-fast OVR jump was during the run of Champion 86 OVR items. That lasted one week. But that was because we had been at 85 OVR for three weeks before that.

I loved m23 card progression. GTs had 2 0ap normal ability buckets. Instead of them having 4 x factors like last year

My team overall just hit 88 and I’m actually rocking a ton of bnd cards in my lineup. Between all the free cards we’ve gotten and everything else I haven’t had to spend as much this year.

I wish EA would do that. Maybe 1 or 2 discounts for the endgame cards that actually fit the card. No Tom Brady Escape Artist, maybe give him a deadeye ability discount. Unfortunately EA would never do this, as it sells less packs.

Their marketing angle this year has been making it as realistic as possible so maybe hopefully.

Nope, the pace is okay, usually we hit 95s when Zero Chill comes around.

ohh ok so like it’ll be a ovr increase every month after that right?and like 2 months of the game just 99s cuz i played a bunch of maddens before but never early this is my first time buying it when the game is very fresh so i just dont know how it works

yea i mean i missed out on all the season pass players and even leveling them and i haven’t had time to do solo challenges well i do but ian trynna waste my time to relax  to stress even more cuz sometimes the game be trippin
