My question is surtain gets the 3 components, so Would it work if I used him with 2 of the new crystals for the speed boost? Or must u have Parsons and Barkley as well?

im hoping, i just bought redux surtain in hopes for them to be in packs, that would finally let me afford them for the speed boost
