Every time I go for a conservative catch, a weird circle menu appears in the middle of my screen with a bunch of different options, preventing me from making the catch. Is there a way to prevent this menu from occurring?

It’s like a massive wheel with various options, I’ve never seen it before. Also happens when I hold LT/strafe during a live game.

could be the quick chat menu.
settings --> accessiibility --> quick chat --> off
