https://www.mut.gg/26/lineup-builder/8aa48cb0-83cb-414c-a4ed-35e6f5d3e91e/ Ive already done 2 weekly spotlight rewards (AJ Brown and LT) and my only slightly expensive non-bnd is Jevon Holland. I did the unstoppables challenges and most of the weekly spotlight challenges. what should I upgrade and how? I'm also not rocking many coins
Who are your backups at Edge? I would suggest powering down Olsen at TE and using Arroyo as your HH player instead. Then you could use your TC tokens on Aqib Talib, AJ Hawk or Geno Atkins to improve your defense.
Do you have any preorder/RP or Season 1 players w/ upgrade tokens?
yea id get arroyo at TE then id probably try and snag a safety because theres some 82s for cheap that are better than that Branch card, i.e Aston Davis for like 30k then use those TC tokens on Talib like the guy above me said

You don't necessarily need to spend a lot of money to field a competitive roster, especially this year. There are way more budget beasts out there than ever before. So you have a couple paths forward, as i see it -- either focus on your favorite theme team, which can result in 50/60 which grants +2 SPD to the entire theme team, or you can focus on simply getting as much speed (and perhaps height) on the field as possible.
From there, i typically approach the game by -- am i winning (or losing) because i'm struggling on offense or defense? Keep it simple. If it's defense that is a struggle, try to get more DBs with speed. For example, here's a quick search filter you could use, any 82-85 OVR DBs (FS, SS & CB) sorted by speed. Those 85 Team Builders with 88 SPD will help you win games. Or maybe it's offense / skill position players that you lack.
Whatever you end up doing, in terms of roster, make sure you are using the Placement & Accuracy passing mechanic, often with default settings (7/20) to get a feel and begin learning how to throw those perfect "blue" passes. Great squad, hope you are enjoying the game! Once your team is feeling juiced, you can play through all the Solo Battles to earn the monthly spotlight player or whatever. It's a ton of games, but the rewards at the end if you keep up are fantastic. Last cycle people were getting the 87 OVR Team Builder Brock Bowers, etc. I suspect they are equally as beneficial this time around.
Aqib Talib or Greg Olsen are clearly the best Team Captains to choose from, can't go wrong with either.
