I believe so rn. He has 89 speed, hard to argue against that alone. He gets better animations than some receivers too, and I don't think he gets mossed often for me. Also gets flat zone KO, which I havn't used on him yet, but I'll add to him in the coming days or after the unstoppable thing ends.
