Sell or Keep in current market?

Hey everyone, 

I have a good squad and tbh spent a little money on over time and some I have grinded for but am fairly new to Madden (last year being my first). I play a good game (Champ III in H2H right now), but I always find myself behind in the market and what is best to do with players and timings to keep/sell etc etc. 

I run Eagles TT usually but keep seeing not essential at this stage. I have players like;

- Crystal Parsons

- Ltd Jones (the FS)

- Ltd Burns

- Ltd Pucua

- Witherspoon

- To'oo

- Dejean

The list goes on, what am I doing with the LTD's now and also the 84/85 non LTD's?  Advice welcome!

Keeps LTDS sell cards that quicksell for trainings always and forever

Market is dropping but looks to have stabilized now. If they aren't doing much on your team I would sell. LTDs are the only thing with a floor. Everything else is going to keep dropping with new overalls.

Why is training so important? I am also fairly new to MUT, I have always played, but this is the first year I have decided to take a deep dive into it. I grew up with crappy internet so playing never was really an option. So I have played madden forever - but never got into MUT like I have this year so far. I am currently an 85 ovr with 2.7mil, I always thought training/quicksell was a waste, why is not a waste? Who am I supposed to quicksell?
