Happened to me for the second time that I won the league SB and didn't receive my two tokens. Very annoying EA can't fix this.

Start a challenge immediately afterwards. The two tokens should be yours to claim once you're done and you return to the MUT main screen.

You can also just go into the weekly objectives in the season field pass and after exiting they'll pop up...happens to me every time haha!
