Damn tell us how you really feel. I will  say I spent a ton of $$ last year and it didn’t feel good. I enjoyed the game a lot more when I wasn’t spending, and that’s why I decided to be NMS. Like unless you’re really climbing the ladders, getting paid, or streaming, I don’t understand what you’re doing if you’re spending hundreds or even thousands of dollars. No matter what your financial situation is

If he was "successful" in this by any measure, as in, Reports his MUT-generated income to the IRS, we might know who he is. He's a money-bleeding hobbyist. Most of the big spenders don't make it, and life humbles them. There's too many fish in those waters for the pie being shared, and his share is small enough that he has to rage at the guys that can do almost everything he can do, but without spending a dime.

You need to realise theres levels to this if your NMS just accept your never gonna be decent... cool you beat the shitters in H2H seasons not a flex btw. My boy, I’m 34 years years old and I’ve spent thousands of dollars per title for many consecutive years and I’ve been a nms grinder for many consecutive years. As a non-professional player and as someone who isn’t a content creator, when I spent money it would completly put me off the game after losses. Spending thousands to lose to ebook kids? Talk about demoralizing. I wouldn’t even want to touch the game after that happened. As nms it’s far more satisfying to play. Losing now makes me want to play more and practice to beat the cheesers. Just because people don’t spend money in virtual items that expire in a year, doesn’t mean they’re “broke”, or “need to get their money up”. Most are just simply trying to enjoy the game more that they love to play. That’s why I’m nms. If you spend your “disposable income” on madden as a grown adult it really does make me wonder how you are smart enough to earn disposable income in the first place…

If they aren’t spending money they are just spending crazy amounts of time. I’ve seen plenty of NMS god squads, but they grind the game for hours every day.

Super corny when they use that as their team name though.
