Help stopping the run

The first couple games since the patch I’m getting ran on pretty bad. I’d love to run some 1-4 the whole time but I’m getting gashed in pretty much ever formation. Usually I use a cover 4 out if nickle or even 4-4 while pinching DL and spreading LB but it is terrible in the passing game. Any tips or formations/plays? I’m in Pats or Dolphins D depending on what I want to run.

I run dolphins and I’ve been gashed a few times straight up the middle for some lonnnng TD’s lol. Nickel wide with Texas 2 man and contain on the other side. Show blitz with the line backers. Seems to work ok

Same bro,they nerfed pass rush pretty badly I had a game where there 78 lg was holding my jalen carter with all his stats being mid 70s like Carter was just boxed same with Mac and everyone else they gotta fix it fs ngl.
