Game should be rebranded ‘animation simulator’

I think I might be done, game is so dull. It’s just canned animation after canned animation. Was really excited to jump back in after a break but this is just poor man.

I'm actually liking this year's game so far. What I find dull is the lack of diversity in my opponents' play style. I can often correctly diagnose a play even the first time it's called because I've seen it the last 3 games

Shame the gameplay in CUT is worse cos the playbook variety is so much better.

It’s stupid how we’ve seen the exact same animations for the past ten years. Like your player just gets predeterminedly sucked into a tackle animation and all you can do is watch. And those stupid moss catches where it’s programmed to break two tackles once they come down with it in double coverage. The animations 20 years ago were better.

Exactly, you know which animation is coming by how your player starts to move. It ruins it. Why we can’t just have physics based gameplay is beyond me. They clearly don’t want to do it, cos they have the money to.

All these new auto motion plays they’ve added over last couple of years are just again more animations.

I get pissed when I get sucked into dumb animations. It does ruin the experience for sure.

Animation Simulator is the perfect description of this game. 

It's SO obvious and pretty terrible. Playing the CPU is the most annoying it's ever been.
