How to get a 50/50 team

This is the first time in years I've played Madden and last year I only played cfb25. How do you get the 50/50 teams on here? Cfb was so much easier due to just changing team chemistry.

There are 25 spots on offense, 25 spots on defense, 3 spots for special teams (LS, P, K). There is a strategy item for Team affinity which provides +2, which you can but from auction house.

You want to fill 47 of the spots on offense and defense and special teams with players with that chemistry. Make sure one of those is the team builder of that team who gets double team chemistry. That gives you 48, plus the team affinity is 50. Fill the rest out with other players you enjoy.

The above is a very solid primer if your objective is to field a theme team.

Things get a little more complex if you’re trying to field a competitive theme team. There are many teams that are expensive to build, and others that are cheaper. Depending on your experience with MUT, it can be challenging to costly-effectively assemble a theme team with a new season beginning next week (along with a boost in maximum OVR), but it can be done.

Leverage your All-32 Team chem players, making sure you have one 81 OVR Upgrade Token for each of the Season Pass 1 players (the deadline for buying these is Tuesday night). Don’t spend big on high OVR items, as the value on most of these is about to tank (although if you have the coins, you can always buy on the trough of a panic sale). I was able to build my theme team very early this year, and yesterday marked the first time in MUT 26 that I switched teams (from Cowboys to 49ers). I was able to reach 86 OVR with a 50/50 49ers squad, augmented by the 20/20 Game Time chemistry.

Appreciate the responses guys. I hesitated to post this but it's a different strategy for this game compared to cfb. I've seen guys with 89 Hurts and Mack and thought wth.
