Homefield Advantage still a thing?

Last couple Maddens there was a feature where if you are home team and using same team stadium and uniform you'd get a boost. I've tried this a few times online and the boost is not happening, or has chance to fail.

Anyone know anything about how this feature works in M26, or if it was removed?

I hated the home field advantage it was a total trash mechanic
