Offense: Make your reads pre and post snap. Go through progressions. Stay patient. Dont force it.
Defense: Mix coverages, mix stuns, know where you have to be with your user, check opponents tendencies.

Great advice here.
My oline gets instantly block shed no matter how I set protection, my man beaters (zigs, drags, stemmed down corners) dont beat man, I get no seperation whatsever with my recievers and they catch hardly any passes that have a defender anywhere near them and then on defense guys are wide open and when I do contest the pass they ag catch me like 80% of the time. Im abou to call it quits. Im trying to get better but the ebook I got is trash and it doesnt cover the important parts of the game only gives you plays that arent all that great

These YouTube lock down defenses are infuriating. You’re right, routes that are supposed to beat man just don’t, and there is no balance cos you can’t run the damn ball this year so everyone sits in pass commit.
I wouldn’t waste your time on ebooks though.
