Did anybody else not get the welcome pack with Jake Long and Manti Teo. I have all the helmet stickers to upgrade them but never got the pack with the actual players.

I got the welcome pack for Campus Heroes, but didn’t get the Preseason Standouts one. And now have upgrade tokens that are unusable.

Im on PS5 - I havent had any problems on my one account. Are the players available to be deleted for training? If not then there is no reason they shouldnt be there. Unless you bought the game after the CH release I guess.

usually when a new promo comes out you wont get the player for the previous promo. in the past you got nothing at all so i dont know why the hell they thought it was a good idea to basically give you an empty welcome pack from an old promo. just causes confusion and anger in the community. unless this is an error i dont know about with this years game of course. which would be cool because hopefully then there is a fix and i can get that deion jones that i really want for my bucs team haha
