Are they going fix this ? I watch my Db follow the reciever then he just stops and stands there . I have ran into some people who try and run this as a scheme and its really annoying because i havbe to accoutn for this rather then the actual play

No they won't fix it. Also it's been in the game for the last 2 maddens. Last year and this year it's been run more often and it's just as annoying to deal with.

I use this when I play the guys that run mid blitz all game, it usually makes them stop. So I'm kind of glad its in there.
