I can’t beat this defense that everyone is running and I don’t know what it is or how to counter it. They basically line up with 7 guys on the line and almost the entire team in the box or very close to the los. They toss my receivers around and nobody can get open even when they get a clean release. It is all I see online and this just started today.
no idea, all I see is 1-4 and mug
probably pinch buck 0 or midblitz, but neither are new just overused

No it wasn’t either one of those I know how to counter them it was something different they would shift a safety down and put a LB in the gap. I’ve been playing online since release but today I’ve seen nothing but cheese on offense and defense. I think I need to watch some videos legit nobody can just play a straight up game anymore. This was just in H2H so I could see there plays it was a cover 3 with some odd adjustments.

They're just bringing more blitzers then your O-line can block. RPOs work against this. Screen passes kill this defense as well like bubble screens from trips sets.
Slide your protection and unmark the player the opponent is using if they're dropping back to cover the middle every play.
Everything is 1-on-1 coverage. Your TE is going to be a matchup nightmare for the safety that's most likely guarding him. I like to send my TE and my slot on Deep crossers from the same side to flood the middle. If the user wants to cover that by himself there's too much for him to cover. You can also send your RB on a Texas route up the middle as well just in case the first two get covered. Mesh concept along with a deep crosser from your slot can fry that D as well.
The reason people have so much trouble with these defenses is that they want 5 seconds in the pocket. Under normal circumstances you're not supposed to have that much time to throw deep balls all game. Drive passing concept works because it floods the middle of the field the blitzers would normally be covering. Also keep a check down option always available if the pressure comes quick.
If they're calling double mug you can run up the gut. Remember there are two 220 lbs linebackers in the middle not a 300lbs D-lineman there. The middle is weak because almost every play in that defense has those linebackers faking blitz and dropping back in coverage.
It also helps to build a strong O-line. That'll help with the overall success of your squad in general.
There are plenty of ways to beat that defensive front. You just need to be prepared. You're not always gonna be able to win pretty.
