Questions about crystal players and team builders

Im not sure how the tem builder cards work....i just pulled brock bowers from the league/ run token pack which was pretty sweet....but i see people getting crazy speed boosts on him, +2 etc, and so im not sure how to get that. Is his only perk that he gets all team chems? or do i have to get the other team builders or something like the crystal cards?

also, for the crystal cards, if i get surtain and the other cards for instance, how are people getting like three plus speed? does it hav to be the same theme team?

Just need to put him on a 50/60 theme team for the +2 speed. Or sure, the crystal cards I guess but that alone is just +1. His perk is that he goes on any theme team. There’s no perks for Raider fans though. He should definitely be x2 chem imo but….

Crystal item motivators can deliver an additional +1 SPD to any one theme team, and those stack on top of the individual NFL Team chemistries (which currently max out at +2).

If you have the coin to get a full trio of Crystal players, you are likely running a 20/20 theme team for +1 SPD, and then using top-end goons where there aren't strong complementary theme team options. There are still many severe holes on theme teams.

So you could get +3 currently? if you went all out but obv holes in 99% of teams.

Yes. It's most helpful with edge rushers, eligible receivers, and scrambling quarterbacks.
