Has anyone seen these error? I'm trying to equip a third x factor on defense (I only have two..) but everytime I try to activate the the third it says I've exceeded the max enabled for a lineup.

have you downgraded/removed an X factor from another card instead of deactivating them via the x factor activation UI?
most likely have done this… if you did, remove that player from your lineup and add them back. it will fix this issue
