I have contacted EA Help and Playstation Support so many times over and over and I still haven't gotten any of my preorder stuff, I have no clue what to do at this point and wondering if this is a problem for more people than just me

Been an EA Play member for more than a minute, and still haven't received any of my monthly packs in Madden.

I'm guessing that any cards will have shitty overalls, but it's the principle of the thing. A company that doesn't care about customer service, and doesn't have to given the hold they have over people with the NFL license.
