EA Play September

I was going through rewards after buying my daily 1 coin pack and hit dismiss all quickly.  I saw a pack that said EA Play September as the screen was closing.  Now it says I have 1 unopened pack but when I try to go to that screen it says I have no packs to open.  Anyone else have anything similar happen to them?

I don't even have mine yet. It might be a reward that has no practical use, but EA are seriously trying my patience with this. Especially given that I got my EA Play reward in CUT with no issues.

The pack was trash AS USUAL. 

Fantasty pack...got nothing over 75
