Right after I leave the game menu and am about to start an online game it freezes at the loading screen. I’ve tried a hard start and closing it out after every game. It doesn’t happen all the time but at 3 out of 10 games. It’s a digital copy , any idea what I have to do to fix it ?
that could be a game problem or a console problem if its the game then you might have to actually talk to ea help service if its the console then you might need it looked at by a tech person to look at it you just need to find out which one it is.
